Calling is ideal for all inquiries. It is essential for complex topics ex. logistics or the permit system or photography timing/lighting. We can often answer all questions and help you book you in 10 minutes. If we do not answer, please leave a message. We don’t take your call for granted and will call back as soon as possible. It is most likely we are seeing a temporary high call volume.
(PLEASE NOTE: If you see different phone numbers on this website, on other sites on the web, or are called back by a different number than you called to reach us, they all go to the same place. They help us understand where our calls originate. We apologize for any confusion.)
When sending email:
Please provide your phone number – we promise to keep it secure. Sometimes when we are busy or questions are too complex, we try to call for efficiency sake. Please also leave the most relevant details including date or date window, party size, and which tour(s) you are potentially interested in so that we may be prepared when we return your inquiry. Please also mention any date or tour flexibilities especially with short notice. Email is best for simple questions that require simple answers. Please keep it concise and directly pertaining to the offerings on our website and the area surrounding Kanab. We cannot, unfortunately, critique two-week itineraries, be a substitute for Google Maps, etc, by email. On the phone we are much better equipped to diverge into tangents as it is a much more efficient format for fluid conversation.
Before booking a tour or contacting us please thoroughly read our FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS page. We are happy to answer your inquiries but we find that many questions asked are found in our FAQ or in our BLOG.
To reserve seats on a day tour or a scheduled multi-day trip, click the “Book Now” button below or on individual tour pages. This will initiate online availability checks, information entry, integrated payment, and auto-confirmation. Or you can always call us.
• Please call us to create a custom multi-day tour for groups of 5 or 6. Custom or private daytours are considered on a case-by-case basis and are based on 5 adult seat minimum. Larger groups are often by default private and can be customized to some extent.
• If the online reservation system returns a negative result or if you are a single passenger, be sure to call us. We often have open seats on existing tours. Unfortunately, no reservation system can substitute for the human brain.
• If you are inquiring less than 36 hours in advance of our desired tour departure, we welcome you, but your only option is to call us. The online system has a cutoff at 36-48 hours simply to avoid overbooking . Please also read FAQ #20 and #21.
• Daytours are not available July 4, Thanksgiving Day, and December 22-December 29. Overnight trips of all types run April-October.
